INSANITYThis one is by far one of the toughest workouts. It also is the most nostalgic for me. I lost 33lbs on this workout in the past. When I want to punish myself for being lazy, I choose this one. If you want to lose major weight, this is one cardio workout that will make the fat melt away like butter.
Pros: This will get the job done PERIOD! Modification moves provided if you have injury issues.
Cons: These workouts are long at times. 30-35 mins in Month 1. 45 to 50 mins in month two. Also, there is a lot of jumping..so if you have bad knees, you may want to try an easier workout. Your calves will be sore for about a week until you get used to the workout.

T25This workout is really fun. Made by the same creator of Insanity, Shaun T figured out that less minutes and higher intensity is a pretty good combination to get people losing weight and sticking with it. This one is just fun!
Pros: Fun, fast and good music. Workouts are only 25 mins each. Modification moves provided if you have injury issues.
Cons: Lots of jumping...jump rope style jumping. May have knee and ankle issues. Your calves will hurt for about a week until you get comfortable.

LES MILLS: COMBATThis is a MMA style workout. Lots of punches and kicks. A ton of fun and a different workout from your traditional workouts. Definitely worth the time.
Pros: Very fun, high energy, great music...not your grandmammys workout. Modification moves provided if you have injury issues.

INSANITY: MAX 30If you like Insanity, you are going to love this workout. Creator Shaun T comes out with another winner. Shorter more intense workouts and an encouragement to go until you "Max Out" this workout will melt fat and get you in the best shape of your life!
Pros: Shorter workouts only 30 minutes, very intense, a blast! Modification moves provided if you have injury issues.
Cons: See Insanity Cons. May be tough if you have knee or ankle issues. You can always modify though.

INSANITY: THE ASYLUMWarning...this one is tough...but freaking awesome!! Taking a sports workout approach, Shaun T takes you through many sports drills involving football basketball, baseball swimming, surfing and so much more. You will do a ton of jump rope drills and feed speed drills. I love it!!
Pros: Very fun. Lots of sport drills, feet drills and jump rope drills. Time goes by very fast and does not bore. Modification moves provided if you have injury issues.
Cons: Just like with Insanity...this workout has a lot of jumping. Knee and ankle issues may come up. This is an advanced course...so you may want to start with a lower workout first if you have not started one yet. You can always modify though.

22 MINUTE HARD CORPSLove, Love, Love this kick ass workout. While most of the workouts above are very cardio intense based 22 Minute Hard Corps is a boot camp style workout designed by the creator of P90x, Tony Horton. Pushups, squats, pull ups, burpees, gorilla crawls, etc...this one is one heck of a workout.
Pros: Only 22 minutes per workout...this workout takes some of the bite off the jump programs above. A little slower paced and involving more full body muscle moves...this boot camp style program will have proud to be an American and amazing muscle pumps.
Cons: May not be intense enough for many Cardio Crazies out there...but for everyone else...it is awesome!!
